joan what I do for dog beds is go to my nearest,recycling centre,second hand furniture shop,or skip,anywhere !Look for the cushion seats from old sofas,usually square.So comfy.You are free to cover them with groovy fabric or have them as they are. re use,recycle! 5/25/2009
BOB WOW so many steps... Buy material, make sure everyone likes it, get foam and then there you go! Wait where did it say HOW TO MAKE A DOG BED? Nowhere! What is the point of this article? To explain the importace of your family members opinions on the material? To tell people that to make a bed you need material and foam? Wow... hopefully most people could figure this out on their own. Basically, this was a waste of my time and the authors. Congratulations! 3/28/2009
