It is as closely associated with Switzerland as the Matterhorn, muesli and the cuckoo clock. But the Swiss army knife, considered by millions around the world to be an indispensable tool, is in danger of losing its Swiss identity.

Jelly There is something call "Quality Control." If you have qualified individuals from Switzerland or wherever, who are highly trained, and who hold a high ethical value in the products they produce, then there should be minimal concern as to the quality of the product being produced, such as the "Swiss Army Knife." Cutting costs and increasing profits are generally the reason why most countries outsource their product production elsewhere. 2/25/2009
