amy I have recently stopped 40 mg of nexium and switched to 20 mg to get offf the ppi's due to anemia and fatigue , I have had horrible rebound , i also have an aching in the center of my chest, i am drinking aloe juice, taking excellent probiotics, drinking throat coat , ginger , licorice teas, I am a very healthy 40 year old mom.I never had these problems until they put me on these ppi's. My reflux was excaserbated by my last pregnany and a slight hernia from that as well as extreme stress from my brothers death. I am at a point , I don't know who to trust. 9/7/2007
