ADELOYE DARE The futures of a child is based on how the parent had already work on the child and also based on the courage given to them by the society, while the society are those who mainly help them towards their determination in life.

Future covers lots of area in one's life (way of life) ambition. Decision of life and life plan, I choose to emphasize on life ambition, which goes along with the dreams of a child. Many road people say always lead to the market so as an orphan has no stable ambition except by the grace of God. Imagine a child that has a dream of becoming a medical doctor but as times goes on he lost his parent. No one to help in financing his studies and the child is just an high school student having two more years to spend in School., He tried all his possible best to raise money but all his effort turns out in vain and he thought of being in a school as a medical doctor which requires money, believe me he will quit medical line and go for less expensive course which he does not have any interest for in his life.

Future is not just a thing that can be determine in a day, it takes time to plan and is a gradual process, and requires lots of encouragement to attain the goal. The future of a child reminds me of a story read by Miss. Adekoya (my former English teacher) that says "may your road be rough". At first, I thought it was a joke or she is trying to curse all the student in my class but I later realized that what she said is not a joke nor curse but a reality of life.
So I say to you all my fellow youth who have lost their hope and believe they can't succeed in life to take the advantage of their tough time to plan ahead of their future.

Secondly is the decision of life which child depends on the little courage he must have acquired within a long period of time. It is not an easy thing for an orphan to decide on what he wants to be in life neither can any orphan just wake up one day and say what he/she is going to be in the next 1yr talk less of their future. I have always want to be a doctor and I also think of becoming the best doctor in my own generation but time and decision changes when I lost my parent. I could realize very fast that I had to make another decision before it get more worst for me to control and by the grace of God I still stand up to realize the talent I have in me.

Lastly, it is not a good idea to sit down one day and plan everything about your life, but it is best for an individual who see through series of experience before planning there life ahead of there future.		 8/11/2008
