Here is my thing
I eat 5 eggs whites only and less than 1/2 cup of bushs vegetarian baked beans plus a 3fl oz w/ quarter and half scoop of protein powder
then i eat my vitamins etc.
later i snack it with a high fiber fat free yogurt
then some fruits
and again i eat some eggs or pasta
and then if I workout i drink protein powder
I always do interval exercise at home for about 30-1 hour depends if I have time
i dont eat after 8pm
Is this good? Yes i see a BIG change I have always been fit since im athletic and am body builder but I just always had problem around my abdominals area. is this good or should I add more food or less please let me no!
