Helen Whitehead Ive had dish and now have direct tv. Dish is better. My remote was better. I never lost my signal. direct I lose a signal. dish was nicer people to work with. ( now mine was through AT&T 6/28/2008

Brandy I have had the Dish also but even though they were horrifying...they were not as bad a direct tv! Just believe me and all the other review sites...DO NOT GET DIRECT TV NO MATTER WHAT PROMOTION THEY ARE RUNNING. 8/11/2007
Brandy What ever you do...DO NOT GET DIRECT TV! Worst company I have ever had to deal with in my entire life! Full of lies and hidden fees. There customer service is the worst on this planet...please read more reviews online about them. There are plenty of others who agree 8/11/2007
