What Happens While We Sleep: A Spiritual Perspective

The human body has never truly been separated from the higher realms of light, despite one's waking experience. At night, this body rejoins its higher counterparts that are the non-physical energy bodies, and a more seamless union of different aspects of one's being takes place than can normally occur during daytime functioning.

donnac WOW, I have been saying this since I was a child. I have a hard time sleeping so I use the twilight sleep state as my healing time. I will lie there for hours in a relaxed state. Although, I am one who finds it relitively easy to comuniate with the other realms even in a twilight sleep. It has always amazed me when I know things that I have never studied. The outer realm uses what I will call flash card images to show me things of the past. I tend not to let the people of this world know what has been shown. Les I be deemed crazy and not able to finish my research. Rest asured I am more sane that most I just possess an open mind and heart to all. I believe that is why I have been given the power of the seer. My grandfather was also a seer and at that time the world was really not ready. It is funny to know that most think I'm slightly off my rocker. When they need medical advice for either themselves or there animals they come to me. All the information I possess I learned in my sleep or twilight. 8/13/2009
Heather Great article. Thank you!

Are you aware that the article is repeated? Looks like you copy/pasted it twice accidentally. After the sixth paragraph, the article starts over.

Brightest Blessings,
Heather
