| Shelley | I found out 12 months ago, by having a skin allergy test, that I am allergic to Soy. My stomache can get so upset sometimes, I end up in hospital and on the drip. The above article is very imformative and interesting! I am still in the early stages of adjusting to new eating habits. It's so hard! Having the skin allergy test has made my general health so, so much better. I love what you say to waiting staff etc..! It is a matter of having to when you are allergic though! Cheers! :) |

| Jane Russo | This was a true and good article as I , too have recently developed an allergy to soy. My doctor said soy protein is what you need to watch out for. Aspirin also is hidden in many otc meds as well as supplements (fat burners etc) Willowbark. Dangerous to me, didnt know it...something new as I age. Hope this helps someone.
