Harry Krampitz A couple of years ago i painted a attached garage floor for the first time (house built in 1966). I put down a concrete gray paint after first washing the floor with soapy water. the garage is unheated. Now
after 2 years the paint is all coming off in blisters, especially where the car trcks paths. Some of the side foundation walls also painted

Dick Hatzenbuhl Seems like a lot of good information about painting concrete. I remember reading some articles many years ago in the Journal of the Oil and Color Chemists' Association about painting concrete and similar materials, and from the little that I can remember, I don't think anyone had a really good solution to the problem, but some were better than others.

I would be interested in more suggestions about removal of oil, as the floor we are working on has had some #2 heating oil spilled on it.

Thanks for the interesting site.
