You can still conceive generally, until yous top having your periods altoghether. But it tends to be more difficult. Having said that, I've heard accupuncture is very good for fertility problems. I'd look for recommendations from a holistic or oriental medicine teaching center in your area to find a good practitioner.		 7/21/2008
Louise I am 30 yrs and been told I am perimenopausal. This has deverstated me. I cannot find anywhere if it still possible for me to concieve or whether or not there is any sort of fertility treatment I can have. I am newly married and my husband and I have no children. Any suggestions? 7/1/2007
