Jared My sister was also in the Army.Before she left for basic she weighed about 100-105lbs. Standing 5`4 tall.When she came home after boot camp she had GUNS! and put on about 10lbs.I agree the Army workouts work.And with out the Drill Sgt. 4/21/2009

Naresh Good techniques.right now i'm 19.essentially, i'm in engineering.so i don't fine time for gym.instead. I do push ups,chin ups,squats, sit ups.my body is kinna thin and slim.lately i'm trying to become a muscular man.can your suggest of few more exercises 12/28/2007
