dana I'm currently experiencing chest pain, been in hospital for 2 1/2 days I have hypothroyism they have not checked my thyroid levels and haven't done much at all for me! Ill suggest checking my thyroid levels to them today! Thanks for info! 1/6/2012

Diana Sammut I have been in the hospital and now in a rehab/nursing home for almost month with breathing issues that when all the tests were done everything came out normal. When I gpt tp the nursing home the doctor ran a thyroid test and found my thyrod to be at 26, which I am sure was my T4. The breathing problems are still here and not much better. I am on 4 liter of oxygen to be able to talk and function properly without collapsing. They have started synthroid but it is not enough. Do you have any suggestionjs? 7/24/2011

christina I was born with only my right side thyroid, i have become fatigue, pain in legs, i have become depressed, I have a tiny growth that dr. has been keeping a eye on it, my question is can you live without thyroid? 12/16/2009

Lara K I seem to remember that when eyes have a "popping out" look, there is a possibility of something wrong with the thyroid. One of my son's friends in his mid 30 has this look and also says that he has a very high metabolism. We did not mention thyroid at all. Is there some correlation? 9/19/2009

mrs akabueze source that ve hyperthyroidism,can hardly sleep and will also not eat or drink not complaining but their drinking is better.i understand coconut is good for them.is there a particular way coconut can be prepared? that can help balance their homones for energy? 6/28/2007
