Miroslav Babitz I just want to point out the phrase "making excellent long term gains", where the words "long term" holds the value for the reader.
I am an estate agent in Bratislava (btzreal.eu) few years now and from my experience the headline is a little bit exageratting, however I can not disagree with any other points.

1. EU Membership
2. Excellent Location
3. Economic growth

are very valid. I would add also

1. cheaper and educated work force , which is particularly important for bussines investors
2. very good foreign lenuage skills of local people. According to local research 50% of people younger than 30 speak 4 languages. Most common are Slovak, Czech, English and German
3. Lower life expenses. Less than 50% compared to UK. A beer for 15 pence is not a myth, well 60pence in a good restaurant :)		 6/3/2007
