Tanay2035 Here is some practical advice to deal with life after a break up, relationship break down or divorce.
1. Make a clean break. As tempting as it can be, if you are still in love with your EX, and they don't reciprocate the feelings and intensity, then you're better off making a clean break. This is true every time. Ex lover rarely make good friends after a break up.
2. Delete all telephone numbers, email address and the like that contain your ex’s details. Keeping temptation at bay is vital.
3. Clear out as many personal items as you can. Obviously keeping practical stuff is important, but, if you’re using your ex’s left behind items to remember them, then that’s no good. Clear them out as soon as possible.
4. Treat yourself. Make sure you get used to enjoying yourself without your ex partner. Prove to yourself, your ex and others that you can smile again in spite of the circumstances. A divorce doesn’t mean you can’t laugh a lot.

John I am certainly believe this is an exceptional article to help people coping after a break up. I am very very amaze how the Roy describes accurately and empathically when an individual is under such emotional dejection. I am actually in this stop struggling with my ex-girlfriend trying to get over my emotions hardly day by day, but it isn't a easy task to me to face it all alone.and despite following trough al of this patrons of not to mope over my broken relationship for 3 years.
I was wonder if Roy or Anyone out there could hear as many other lonesome people to give me some great advised besides the ones mentioned by Roy and all other people comments and finally keep my mind set to an open better personality because i am stubborn person who already has lost part of the esteem.
o matter how preoccupied and mentally busy i could be with my personal activities like schools work or some hobbies, I feel like my emotions are raging when I see a reassemble of her anywhere..

I will truly appreciate little help from you and anyone out there how to exert successfully the pain of being in such emotional struggle.

Be blessed everyone!

Candace I think this is a good article, it discusses good ways to handel the horrors of breaking up. The advice I'd like to give is, if it was true love it wouldn't have ended and nothing could've come between the couple. Don't fret over one person epecially if they did you wrong. 4/26/2007
