My husband, aged 79, is on this drug. He talks in his sleep, while sleeping , talks, unfortunately I can not understand what he is saying. It makes no sense at all. Can you help. |

i have been on this medication for 2 1/2 weeks and it has caused me such insomnia. while i have had some relief from swelling in the eye due to some type of infection it has deff side affects. |

prednisone gave me sever leg and feet pain. I was unable to walk , and my eye sight was impaired. Lasted 3 to 4 days. I was very ill. |

Question; since on Prednisone, 11 week, the area of my liver has become hardened and enlarged. It is a very firm raised area. Many other side effects but this is one that seems veryu odd. Sound familiar to anyone? |

I have been on prednisone 20 mg. and at times 30mg. I am trying to wein myself off this medicine. I am taking this because my Dr. believes I have inflamation and constriction the airs passages that carry oxygen to my lungs. I have survived ARDS twice and use inhalers which are steroids. I was having, I am on oxygen 24/7, at present I am down to 10 mg. and hope to get off of predizone all together. When ever I have tried to get off of predizone in the past my shortness of breath returns. I bruse easily my skin seems to be very thin, my face is fat, and sores have a hard time healing, I have mood swings and at times feel very nervious. |

well i have poison ivy, and the doctor gave me a 12 day treatment and the ivy seams to be getting worse on the end of the 3rd day... im worried that it might be bad |

After having taken prednisone for over a year and a half....I am definitely experiencing some swelling in the face....will that return to normal after I gradually decrease my dosage and hopefully am able to stop taking prednisone altogether? |

I have been taking predinisone for over 2 months because i was diagnosed with VKH Syndrom. The side effects are crazy!!.. im hallucinating. And i have managed to bite all my skin on my lip due to uncontrolable nervousness. My depression has increased week by week and my acne has mushroomed all over my forehead. I have a mustach and hair on my cheeks and im an 18 year old girl!!!.. this drug is uncontrolable! |
