susan I think these recipes are great. My only problem is that I dont want to put chemicals into my body any more than white sugar, as they are also unhealthy (even when pretending to be healthy eg with fibre!). so can I use honey for the fudge, or apple juice concentrate? thanks. 12/30/2010
Winora Kunselma I had to use a very fast processor to "beat" the mixture and my cream cheese took way too long - would that have an adversive effect on the fudge? Would it remain too wet even after covering in the refrigerator for the 24 hrs period? 12/25/2010

Donna Clifton I tried Sugar Free Fudge #1. It looked like fudge, it felt like fudge in my mouth, but there was almost no taste of chocolate. I softened the mixture and added 1oz unsweetened chocolate and 10 packets of Equal. It taste more like fudge, but it has a slight bitter aftertaste. 3/25/2010
BKL Cream cheese fudge is disgusting. Even with only 8 oz. No amount of chocolate can get rid of the cheese taste. If you're diabetic, make plain old fudge with milk and dose for the carbs. 12/6/2009

Linda I have a recipe similar to your number one recipe, only there is not sugar or substitute used at all! It uses 2 pounds of almond bark (vanilla or chocolate flavor) 1 8 ou package of softened cream cheese, and 2 TBs of butter. You can add a cup of nuts of your choice and it tastes great!!! 9/7/2007
