Suing For Too Much Sex
A woman in Florida has sued her employers for developing carpal tunnel syndrome – also known as repetitive motion injury – in both hands. She got it from too much masturbating.

what's so frivolous about this lawsuit? She did her job and she was injured because of it. People don't just go get carpal tunnel or surgery for the hell of it.I think the issue here is discrimination. Her job is legitimate. In fact, I think she does a greater public service than some leeches out there, i.e. lawyers, stock brokers, most politicians. At least she makes people feel better. If anyone else gets injured on the job its ok to get compensation. If you think it's an immoral job, than vote and petition and have it outlawed. The author is a jerk. |

If masturbation is a required activity in her work, then it's definitely a worker's comp. issue :) The employers probably count on their employees being too embarrased to try to collect. |

If it's what people want, it's what we'll sell. I know some of you would rather sell people what they don't want, but as for myself and the rest of the free market who believe in freedom, if they want it, they'll get it. I don't it's the company's responsibility to keep its employees from undergoing repetitive strain injuries, but that's a matter for the jury to decide. Personally, I find this highly amusing, but no outrage. |
