Merle Clapp I send my letter to show that I am very much discusted with one of your managers at your store on alexander here in Baytown Texas 77520
First of all there was an add in the paper about getting a tast of a baby back riib free of charges. my wife and i asked to tast the rib. we were refused intil I told the clerk I wanted to speak to the manager he said the rib add does not apply after 5 pm. I said the paper does not say that there was a cut off time. after a wait Mr. David Baumbach made it a point to see that we received the rib.,with a comet of some people just want to be babyed.
Now today and being in a electric card Mr.David Baumbach and 3 other employees were talking in the isle and blocking me way to get by, as I looked at him I noticed it was mr. Baumbach again and looked like a person just off the street ,shirt out of his pants and did not look at all like a manager, He said he was having a problem and I said I did not accept that with him being a manager.
I retired as general manager of a country club. and food an beverage director at a holiday inn Texas
I feel he needs to knows how to talk to and that the customer is wright always., this is a way to handle customers...Thank you Merle Clapp living in Baytown,Texas		 7/15/2011

SARA THANK YOU FOR FREE INFORMATION BUT ITHINK U MUST PROVIDE A MODEL LETTER WITH SOME COMON WORDS FOR COMMON PEOPLE BECOZ SOME REQUIRE VERY SIMPLE LETTERS AND ITS DIFFICULT FOR ORDINARY PEOPLE TO WRITE LETTERS WITH THIS LIMETED INFORMATION.THANKS 4/18/2008
