MIchelle This is a very helpful list. I was in the emergency room earlier this week because my heart had been racing for about 12 hours after working out at the gym. They took my blood pressure which was 190/112 thinking I was having a heart attack. After they took blood, they found that my potassium was dangerously low and that my blood pressure medicine (which is also a water pill) had depleted my system of potassium. They put me on potassium supplements and said to eat potassium rich foods. I had no idea what foods were rich in potassium besides bananas. So this is invaluable information, thank you. 2/12/2011
