Black Man I'm a black man with a credit score of 763, which is excellent credit. I pay my bills on time with little debt. I'm employed and make over $90K but everytime I apply for a loan I never receive the lowest rate. I've always been given a rate as if my credit score was below 600. 5/19/2011
