Mary I cannot turn or move my head at all and am in excruciating pain which has lasted for a week No pain relievers have helped. I have used moist heat also. This is the first time this has happened to me and am 78 years old. 12/1/2007
David A Sanchez I know that I'm not an experienced message therapist. My girlfriend is suffering from a stiff neck. Currently at the moment, she's resting on the most comfort of pillows. I've already advised her to take gentle hot showers, take aspirins that reduce the swelling and inflammation, and to practice the stress exercising. Is there anything else that I can do for her?
