| Cassandra | i believe deeply in drinking water. I drink water to reduce cravings because I found that I ate when I'm nervous. I need to occupy my mouth. I started drinking water and suddenly I feel fresh and bubbly. I also noticed that it reduced the appearance of my dark circles dramatically! Water also makes me feel energized. I have for last 1year. Please sugest me something else casue i drinl 5-6 litres of water every day for last 3 months and nothing is happening. i also mantain a very good diet and quality food without any oily foods or any junk food. |
