Full Spectrum Lighting is less stressful to your health than other artificial light like Fluorescent lights.

When I was in Finland I was affected by Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). It was really awful time of my life. I had taken anti-depressant medications like st. John's wort, along with Light-therapy using Full Spectrum lamps. I'd replaced my ordinary energy saving lamps with Viva-Lite lamps. I'd also bought two Viva-Lite tubes, and I clearly remember how good I used to feel, sitting in front of those lights, those days. I'm now back in India. I still have those viva-lite bulbs with me. They lasts longer than ordinary incandescent lamps, and uses much lesser energy, although they are a bit expensive.		 10/27/2009
