Bisi Morgan I've enjoyed reading this, you've laid out a lot of useful information very clearly. Thank you. I just wanted to add to your statement: "People wishing to apply for a first time home buyer loan have it easier as compared to others."
That that is only the case when you prepare carefully, get your finances in order and present a strong, realistic application.
