blablabla the ip address will only get u as far as the isp, not a persons physical home address. although, isps r often very close to the owners of a given ip address. it is only legally possible to get the exact address of an ip address by filing a lawsuit and having the government contact the isp to give out the ip address (you also need a reason for doing so), 2/13/2009
