I'm looking for a loan at the moment, I live in the UK and I found this website - loans.loanfinder.co.uk/loans/Bad-Credit-Loans where they have all the different loans available in one list so you can compare them. It's got loads of information, I especially like the reviews bit, 'cause that's what the banks don't tell you. I hope this is useful for other people looking for a loan. danny few i am a small excavating contractor who was on his way to building a very successful company. i was working with numerouse home builders and developers. i had an oppertunity to do some larger projects with a very well known engineer. it was good for about 3 years until i worked on this engineers ppersonel projects and he ruined my business and destroyed my credit.i own some commercial property and need a loan for the cost of materials to build a mini-storage facility to gain some steady income can anyone help. i can do all the constructiom myself. 11/26/2009

vishal I think the above article is very well presented, as my job profile is same as credit underwiter lending pesonal loans to the customer, now-a-days the customer are aware what are the process of taking pesonal loan, becoz of this deliquencies has been increased, so utmost care should be taken while funding being a unsecured loan the risk factor is very high, so proper credit is to be done and very important probing is very much important so can we know what the customer is... 5/30/2008
