Wm. Gagliardi I am going through a divorce that has put me into debt due to the fact that it has been over three years and I am only now close to setttling. Here is what I am proposing . I would like to borrow $50,000 to completely rid me of ALL debt. I would then repay at 400-500 dollars per pay , automatic deduction. (This is 26 pay periods per year) I would take out a term life insurance policy with the lender as the beneficiary up to the amount of repayment. Also, I would take out a disability insurance policy to repay the loan,(again with the lender as the beneficiary) or make the payments. I would be willing to pay these in full at the beginning of the repayment period, so they are guaranteed.

I am healthy 53 year old male who regularly goes to the doctor. I do not do drugs, drink excessively, or smoke, and I have never been arrested. I can provide letters of reference as to my character. ( Both Personal and Professional) I have a college degree,management experience and a variety of skills to rely on to guarantee repayment. My intention is to get out of debt, restore my credit rating, and move on with my life. I have a strong desire to come to terms with creditors, rather than file bankruptcy. I know that my credit rating is poor, as I am in collections, etc. but this is why I am willing to assume a high interest loan. I am contacting banks in my area but I have just started my search. I live in the Wilkes Barre, Pa area. I am willing to travel to be interviewed for this loan, etc.

Michelle We are looking for either a secured loan or a personal loan. Our credit is not that good so it would probably be better to do a secured loan. We are buying our house at the present time. Please let us know if you can help. Michelle 7/3/2008
