It took me ten years to be able to move a pencil from one end of the table to another using the power of my mind. Yes, this is possible. No, it will probably no be possible to bend a spoon. You see telekinesis as you saw in the movie Harry Potter or X-Men. Those are movies, they are not real. To do this, you must be born with the mind of a psychic. Meaning, this gift has to be passed down through your family. And yes, you will still have to practice like so many of you are doing now. If you are doing this and you are psyched with the passion of "No more will I have to walk to the fridge to get a beer" you will fail. The are of telekinesis has been stretched throughout history. If you are born with this gift and have the potential to perform telekinesis, your future would already be set and your education will skyrocket. And to the kid who claims he can perform "cyrokinesis," the fact you mention Mortal Combat shows that you really do play too many video games and you will probably live at home with your mother until the day she dies. |

In truth TK is like wiggling your ears some people just think about it and do it while everyone else thinks they're incapable. NEVER be discouraged when practicing. Joshua Worthy this might be of some importance to you. Jerry you asked "Is this against God or anything?" I know James already answered your question. James' answer was wise. I'm going to answer with my own input just for kicks. Some where in the Bible(it might be Revelations) it talks about Satan's third eye. In contrast the "third eye" is a nickname for the Brow Chakra located on the forehead. This Chakra is for seeing auras, and most importantly to you for seeing the energy in objects that you want to move with TK (only one of many methods). Your question was a simple yes or no. My answer is no, because all objects(when immoble) have what is called "Potential Energy". This means a stationary object is capable of moving. It will only move when acted upon by an external force. Like if you picked up a baseball and threw it. The goal of TK is to use the energy in our body, that is well capable of throwing a baseball, by making our internal energy external to move objects. Like the Psi/Ki/Chi ball for example. The energy that you feel in your hands is the very energy you use every day and replenish in your sleep; this energy is a part of you whether you study TK or not. (Psi/Ki/Chi balls are often debated as a magnetic energy field made by your hands- I'm very unclear on those details though.) Jack, you said "Ok, I have made a Psi Ball, but even though I cant see it yet I can feel it." Unfortunalty you won't be able to see it. Well, that isn't entirely true everything, as we know, has some type of energy, and all energies have auras. | Rom | First of all people you all have it wrong, when you say I try but it won't work. You seem to be looking for a point where you move something an ince and then have a shoking revelation that "Oh my God" it works. this is a paradox as it means you don't believe in it until after you have made it happen. You must percieve the object moving while doing it and not be surprised at all when it happens because you "knew" it would because you willed it to happen. Think of it like this, everytime you think you have not yet made the object move realise this, you have made it move but only a few stray molecules and maybe in random or swirling patterns, what you have not achieved is TK on large enough sheets and planes of atoms within the object to exert enough force on the "whole" object to make it move a macro distance your eye can percieve. Trush me every time you try to make that object move you are moving little pieces of it, you just have not the power yet to move the whole thing. You should often experience a tingle or twich in muscles when concerntrating even when relaxed. This is the brains way of learnig that the electrical pathways to your muscles is not "how" you are asking your brain to move things but that your brain is learning and mapping and accossiating new neural pathways with what you are trying to achieve. | james | to bobby Try the psi wheel its the easiest. Just balance a piece of paper on a needle, relax, get comfortable, and stare at it. Make sure you're not breathing on it and after a while it will move in a way you can be definetly sure its telekinesis. The first time I got it to move I was staring at it so long that I stopped caring weather it would move or not. I just became intrested in looking at it, I was just staring at one piece of dust on it when it started moving. It was moving fast rotating fast one millimeter clockwise then back one millimeter anti-clockwise repeating this action over and over again, I couldn't believe my eyes.
