T I think that was a nicely written and concise blurb. I do want to mention that some people (like myself) are not allergic, but are *sensitive* to salicylates, which occur naturally in most fruits and many vegetables, coffee, tea, vinegar, and other foods. My salicylate sensitivity is related to my asthma and some histamine reactions I experience like recurring hives and angioedema. So, the recommendation to increase fruit and vegetable consumption is not always appropriate. I never knew I was sensitive to salicylates until my entire family began the Feingold diet to try and help one of our kids. 9/22/2008
Joyce hi my mum is sick of athma she is tied of her life feels she wans 2 die she uses ventoline med,dexa.amnophyne,an inheler,but she keeps on gettin attacks everyday plz advice me to encourage her that she has to live how can she control her attacks she gets them everyday how can she control them so that she atleast live a day without getting sick plz help my mum 4/16/2007
