anonymous The Black Moor and Butterfly Loach aren't really tropical fish. They should be kept with cold water fish like goldfish, white clouds, or chinese hi fin sharks. 8/17/2007
Lee Not so. These fish do fine in aquariums provided you have the tank at the appropriate temperature as noted in the article. You wouldn't want to pair them with fish that need higher temperatures as one or the other would not thrive - also if you stick to fish that like the lower temps you most likely will not need an aquarium heater at all. 3/7/2007
bob Are you mad? Goldfish and Butterfly loaches are coldwater, not tropical fish. I somehow think that your advice may not be the best to take! 3/4/2007
