Diana Bunyan About 2 months ago I stopped eating sugar and flour, I'm not entirely sure why, something inside me just told me to give it a go, I certainly hadn't heard of this chap Peter Gott. I've been waking up with a headache almost every day for a year, plus bloating and stomach upsets. I had already given up alchohol and chocolate but it still continued. I can honestly say, and I couldn't give a monkeys about this Peter bloke, that I haven't had even the glimmer of a headache or migraine and no stomach upsets or bloating whatsoever since I started. Piper This is the easiest way for me to lose weight. I started this 7-16-07 and have lost 45 pounds in 6 months. I went from a size 18 to an 8. I don't have to count calories or points or weigh anything. It has changed the way I eat and it is something that I can easily live with. It takes very little effort to lose with so many foods that I love being available. I can go to any restaurant and find many choices that work on the No Flour No Sugar diet. Judith Douglass I love this diet! I started it about a week ago. Are Triscuits OK to eat. It doesn't list sugar or flour in the ingredients. If you want me to email you the ingredients that are on the label I certainly will. Just let me know. Thanks, Judith Douglass 11/16/2007
