DO NOT BUY the Simmons Beautyrest BLACK collection... all smoke and mirrors... feels wonderful in the store. You will have a sore back and be furious you spent all that money and have a company who will NOT honor the warranty!... AWFUL , the WORST ever. |

The Simmons Beautyrest "Black" Helena is the WORST matterst on the planet. Customer service will not honor the Simmons warraanty... check ripoffreport among other complaint sites. It actually CAUSES back pain just after a few months of use... Five stars for week one... ZERO stars now... and thousands of dollars spent on a LIE from Simmons |

My husband and I just purchased a mattress from the Simmons Beautyrest Black collection. The name of the mattress we purchased is the "Perla".
I do not see it listed on your list above. Is the list above an old list? I will let you know what we think of the Simmons "perla" after sleeping on it for a month of so. |

My wife and I had a Simmons Beautyrest Classic for 10 years and loved it. Then we decided to spring for the Black - what a disaster! It sank in the middle within one month (neither of us is close to 250 lbs - I'm 165, wife is 125). We exchanged it for a different Black series without a pillowtop - same thing. The dip in the middle pinches a nerve in my arm, so I have horrible pain almost every night when my arm falls asleep. We couldn't return the second one (store policy) so we've been enduring this one. We've heard horror stories about Simmons' warranty, so we haven't even tried. Why would such a reputable company make such junk and then not bend over backwards to satisfy customers when the flaw is discovered? Incredibly disappointed by Simmons! Stay away from them. |

I'm getting ready to buy a mattress set, and there is not much information available about the different mattresses that are available. We were looking at simmons, sterns & foster, and verlo. Haven't decided at all. |
