Rusty5555 Not only would I stay away from Miralux, I also would stay far away from Sleepy's. This company is dishonest and does not stand behind the products they sell. It seems there's a Sleepy's on every corner, with heavy advertising everywhere you look. My guess is they play a numbers game and don't give a darn after they make the sale. My advice is go to a major, reputable department store. After giving away our 5 month old, crapy Miralux, we ended up going to Nordstrom and purchased the Westin "Heavenly Bed" and I must say, we finally can get a good nights' sleep. What a dream!

Stevens Mancini's sold me a mattress Serta Perfect Sleeper that in only four months had a major dip in the middle and sloped on the side. There are bad products everywhere so I called the store and they gave me the number to customer service. Mancini's customer service consists of ONE man who is in only ONE day a week or so they said...I called on that day and he was NOT there. I was told to leave a message and he would get back to me...I do NOT have a cell phone and am out most days (classes, volunteering, movies, doctor visits) and getting a hold of me during the day is next to impossible. I tried to set up a time when I could call or be called. Can't be done I was told. Each night on that mattress was hell...no one at Mancini seemed to care one iota. I wanted to warn others that if they have a problem Manicini is less than interested in responding at your convenience. The gal who answered said there was nothing to be done to help me, I suggested they have more than ONE person in so-called customer service or have one every day. I will NEVER buy another mattress from Mancini. I suggest strongly that you do not either. 3/22/2009
Earl Hansen Having heard much positive advertisements abougt foam mattresses, I was excited to be able to spend the night on one.
Recently, I took part in a medical sleep study in Austin, Texas.
The facility provided me a Queen size Tempurpedic foam mattress bed. At first the bed felt very firm, yet comfortable with back ache relief. In about two hours I found the need to move and attempted to roll, but it was not possible. The foam mattress form fits to your body creating a fitted depression under your body, which requires the body to rise above it in order to turn. Therefore, I had to use my arm strength to raise up on my elbow and knee in order to accomplish this task. Once turned, the previous depression edges continued to remain for several minutes, making the experience of turning even more uncomfortable. After spending a very long and restless night attempting to turn and fall back to sleep, I arose the next morning with a body that felt fatigued and ached for most of the day. Now I understand what a young man had told me previously, that he had bought a foam mattress and has slept in a hole every since. He was looking to find someone to buy the mattress, so he could get a spring style. I now agree with him. Foam top is okay, but string support is required.		 2/3/2008
