all you have to do to get a free 160gb i pod or a 16gb i pod touch is sign up for the site (which is free) sign up for one of there sponsors (which are thing like blockbuster and game fly and things like that just make sure they don't ask for credit card # if you don't trust the site) and last you got to get 8 people to do the same thing and you get your almost free I pod...
