Delray I just want to let eveyone know to be careful recently i found out that the rubber tips on my dogs collar actually go bad after a few months the company knew that but did not let us know so once the dogs realized they wouldnt get shocked they started taking off and we had no idea why we called them up and they told us the problem they brought out the new tips we put them on the collars and showed them that it worked but already having it in their head that they could get through they took off anyways and one of our dogs was hit and killed so buyer beware please 10/11/2007
