The dreams that I dream-28- Leaving a Church

Finally we asked the Lord whether we should continue worshipping there or leave the Church and let Him lead us elsewhere. In answer to this the Lord showed me a dream.

David George Umm? I'm not at all sure. It is surely wiser and safer to discern and act according to biblical principle, rather than supposed direct revelation by dreams (or whatever else). Given that the specific matter referred to concerns that which lies closest to God's heart (i.e. His glory and His Church) it is unsound to proceed on the basis of dreams which are just as likely to have resulted from too much cheese before bedtime. 1/7/2007
