Destiny I am 16 years of age and i have been a little over weight for a while. I'm not huge people say that I have a nice shape for my size and I truly don't think so at all. The reason why people think that is because I am tall. I want to lose weight fast, it will be summer before you know it and I want to have a perfect body. I want to go down to 130 lbs. It is so hard to lose weight when you are around the food that isn't good for you. I am exercising everyday by doing 50 sit ups and I do see some improvement, I just hope that i will will be 130 lbs before the summer gets here. 4/7/2009
