Neal Part of th3e flaw with the Carnegie Mellon study is that the tires checked were all in student parking lots. I would argue that college students are not a representative sample, and are much more likely to poorly maintain their vehicles than the average person. This is based on my informal study of the students I have as a college professor. 8/7/2008
Testbee Jetbuzz This Earth Talk I can feel so well. I just found out about it! Don't go out in bare-feet, especially if your in the emergency lane having car problems. The tires do them no good to save gas even if properly inflated when they speed so fast on the hot day, the road becomes like a high temp oven, and they melt them off their rims. Don't tread on their bare-minded ways in bare feet! We need you here like Earth-Link Earthling for a good long time! 1/1/2008
