School Fires Bus Driver for Giving Bush the Finger

| Cliff Nyren | While the driver chose to share her opinion, that certainly was not being a "Role Model" to the children. She was at the time an employee of the School District, representing the schools. Instead of being fired, She should have been reprimanded. I think it should have been a temporary suspension without pay and a public appology to the parents of the riders, the riders themselves, the school district and to President Bush as well. To be honest, it truly was "Freedom of Speech"! FYI: I am in no way supporting the President at this time in history. I do not support the War that he engaged with misleading truths. However, I support our troups 200%! They are doing what they are trained to do... follow orders. I most likely would have waved at him in the same manor if I was in my own private car. Cliff N. |

| Kelly | I dont particurally like the president because all he does is let people get killed, but the driver shouldn' t have gave the president the finger with all those kids on the bus because that is a bad examle for all of the kids and the other kids on the other bus because since the driver told the other drivers the other kids are going to find out sooner or later | 11/2/2006 |
