Mary Thank you so much for this article. I am in my early twenties and just decided to put braces on. My orthodontist has recently informed me that I need to remove 4 teeth for the orthdontic treatment and all for impacted wisdom teeth all at once. But is this really wise idea? 2/13/2009

Joan White My daughter has 2 impacted teeth which are upside down and has a cyst around the teeth and is in the jaw bone. Is there any way possible the cyst can be injected and dissolved? The oral surgeon wants to do surgery and remove both the cyst and teeth. Thank you for your help in this matter. 10/15/2007
