Jelly I think goldfish are considered cold water fish; which means, that fishkeepers need to make sure the water temperature range is somewhere between 55 to 65 degrees fahrenheit (correct me if I'm wrong). Goldfish i think also need more oxygen in comparison to tropical fish, and the aquarium or pool water need a really good filtration system. Goldfish, I believe, produce plenty of ammonia and can eat like hogs. 2/10/2009
