Peanut Very Nice, I have had much trouble getting the nutrition part of bodybuilding in, all my meals consist of protein, problem is they also consist of too much fat, a great thing to do is to eat your protein enriched meals with veggys, veggys are high in fiber and low in fat so they will keep you from being hungry with smaller servings.

Remember to take your workouts slowly and don't worry about time unless you're working cardio, you build 5 times the muscle from 10 slow pain staking push ups than you do from 20 what I like to call "Pop ups". When you go fast, you cheat by using momentum to help "Bounce" the weight back up, slow and hardcore is the key.

L Hyde Look up the Ketogenic diet for bodybuilders for the actual requirements of a diet like this - you require a longer break from carbs than 3 days and need to be eating 2/3 fat and 1/3 protein. 3/27/2008
L Hyde The last part of this article, suggesting a three day no carb/one day full carb split is very much lacking nutritionally and does not contain anywhere near enough information to make the diet a good one.

It is failing to mention the amount of protein required and more importantly does not mention the amount of fat intake required, which is substantial, and will therefore lead people to get the opposite result they're looking for.

This article is irresponsible and should be reconsidered.
