| Johnny Rook | I guess Garth really isn't big on social graces. | 5/27/2010 |
| JP | I think Garth is worth way more than 250M...he is an investment wizard... | 5/27/2010 |
| Rita | In some cases turns into abuse. Some dream of divorce as a way out from all financial problems (when spouse is rich that is). | 3/9/2010 |
| Kenny | It's stupid to say Garth Brooks should have lost all his money because he had an affair. He may not have treated his first wife very well, but that's not a reason for him to have to hand his entire fortune to her, and as for the person who claims he paid much less than $125 million, that is also stupid. Brooks net worth at the time was above $500 million, so that would have been under 25% of his total worth; so it certianly is not an inflated amount. | 12/7/2008 |
| anita | ha whatever not even a fourth of that amount | 9/16/2008 |
| Frances | Garth and Sandy were very smart on getting the divorce. But I really do not think that Garth was having an affair with Trisha during his marriage to Sandy. I do however respect both Sandy and Garth for keeping their children out of the spotlight all this time. I do not have an opinion on Trisha Yearwood as I am not a great fan of her music. |

| ADRIAN | GARTH SHOULD HAVE TO HAVE GIVEN SANDY EVERY THING HE HAD ,IF HE WAS FOOLING AROUND ON HER HE SHOULD ONLY BE LEFT WITH THE CLOTHES HE HAD ON AND I STRICKLY DON'T CARE FOR THRISHA YEARWOOD AND HER DAY WILL COME ,LOOK SHE GOT BROOKS AND STUPID ENOUGH TO LIVE BY SANDY AND SANDYS BEHIND WOULD MAKE T. YEARWOOD A SUNDAY FACE AND WAIT ,THE TIME WILL COME THAT IT WILL NOT LAST AND I CAN'T EVEN SEE WHY SANDY COULD LOVE THE LITTLE UGLY MAN BUT SHE WILL COME OUT AHEAD. SANDY DON'T LET THEM WORRY YOU AT ALL FOR YOU CAN DO BETTER. | 8/6/2006 |
| Don | I always felt Garth Brooks was a phony. The divorce only confirms my belief. | 11/15/2005 |
| makaylye | heck no there should not be a cap on any thing , The other person is just as high profile and its half theirsa after 15 years | 9/1/2005 |
