Richard Dominic I learned no more dishes on this apartment building I live. Must use tri pod. I have a cement balcany. I had cable but they weren't nice to me. I'm probably NOT fond of dish as too visible. Especially second floor but no real big deal. A cement wall balcany? so what's the problem to attach there/ 12/3/2007
