Lisa While it's true that diet and exercise play a definate role in the PREVENTION of breast cancer (and at least a few other types of cancer) it's not true that "all doctors and researchers" endorse diet and exercise to FIGHT cancer. Certainly, exercise may help you feel better but there's just no evidence that it fights existing tumors. 1/29/2007
