R S Tare I have been taking ashwagandha for almost a month. I am taking this as powder with honey and ghee in equal proportions as suggested by doctors. I find it is working well as per the requirements ( stress, general debility, and sexual performance also). Extra boost in sexual capability has been observed when ginger was taken in regular food. The same has been indicated in this article also. Please indicate how safe is ashwagandha with ginger? How to make combinations of this medicine, and dosages and method of taking.
