Are ozone layer is fading because of the pollution caused by humans, we can reduce pollution several ways, the only reason why we dont reduce it is because of money. That why there are still Vehicles running off gas. People keep the gas cars going because of money. There are cares that run of electirc and hydrogen. that can reduce pollution but guess what it odnt happen, but once are ozone layer is gone, the sun rays well be able to Penetrate through are Atmosphere more easily causing the tempature to increase. All i got to say is that the world is going to end somehow it could be from nuclear war, global warming, asteroids, or the earth/sun exploding but the question is WHEN!! |

The earth is not at its warmest point during the Holocene Era. Such a contention is a lot of nonsense. The earth was demonstrably warmer during the periods 800-1200 AD and 5500-2000 BC. During the former of those two periods, grape vines grew in England, far more arable land existed in Scandinavia and the north polar icecap was significantly less, which allowed for Irish and Viking colonization of Iceland, Greenland and North America. Both ice core samples and dendrochronolgy concur that there has been no change to the mean temperature of the earth since 1940. Those are scientific facts, not scientific mythology as 'glaobal warming' is. |

Horse hockey. We are in a natural climate change just like the one in the middle Pliocene. The amount of man-made greenhouse gases, if added all together for the last 100 years, equal less than half of gases produced by the latest eruption of Mt. St. Helens. Let's get real, folks. Look at ALL the evidence, not just the part your grant provider wants you to quote. |

If it was warmer 12,000 years ago, then why automatically assume it is man that is now causing the bulk of the increase, WHAT caused it 12,000 years ago. Could it have been the natural heating and cooling of the planet? Could that also be the primary reason for today's changes? Also it is my understanding the the Mars polar caps are melting, Why? Too many men on Mars and running too many cars there? |
