LoadModule php5_module "c:/server/PHP/php5apache2.dll"

You may want to direct to the php5apache2_2. dll instead of php5apache2.dll

LoadModule php5_module "c:/server/PHP/php5apache2_2.dll"
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php .htm .html
