King Kong We should be able to use our cell phones incase of emergencies,

Ashton i think that cell phones should be allowed to use while driving because they are not the only reason why so many people get into wrecks. Cell phones may be a problem to one person but not everyone. Many people dont use their cell phones because they know they can't. But, if one person can do it then it's their responsibility to know what they are doing while they are driving. 1/26/2009
Jason Was speed at all factored into this research? I believe it is a common misconception that the factors mentioned in the article--by themselves--cause the majority of accidents. The number one thing drivers need to focus on is obeying the speed limit and perhaps driving a bit slower out of respect for pedestrians and other forms of transportation, such as bicycles. Bar none, traffic violations such as speeding cause more fatalities every year than any war or violent crime. 9/11/2006
