PMO Great article!

I would avoid pet shops all together as they don't to look for a quick buck. The breeder is the way to go and look for a reputable one.

Many breeds started out as cross breeds or mutts and through careful and selective breeding became recognized by the AKC.

I hope this is the path the Puggle will take!

c. Dunn I would like to find a reputable puggle breeder, preferably a veteranarian, that will guarantee the health and disposition of the dogs. It is important to me that the breeder be very knowledgable about the pug and beagle breeds and that the mother dog is not having litter after litter and only one litter per year.
